Canara bank — whirlpool machine usha azad on jul 16, 2020 I ordered a semi automatic washing machine from amazon on 6th july than i cancelled it on 8th july. I talked yo amazon they told me they have initiated the refunf of rs. 8650/- and it will be credited to your account in 3 to 5 working days but till now i have not received any refund from them. I again talked to the amazon they gave a refund reference to talk to the bank, i confirmed from the bank they said there is no refund from that reference number. Again i talked to amzon they gave a link to fill a form and send so that my refund should credited to my account. Please do the needful and credit my refund of rs. 8650 to my bank. I have attached two emails from amazon regarding the refund status given to me. Please look into this matter and credit my money of rs. 8650 in my account.
