Canara Bank — cash is not credited in my beneficiary account

My name is khushboo thakre. I have an account in canara account (A/c no.[protected] and i have transfered to a axis bank (A/c no. [protected]) through phonepe app 12 oct, 2019 at 10:25 pm bt the amount was not credited to beneficiary account but the amount was debited from my account. Transaction refrence id (P1910122225006624583900)
I have contacted phonepe but they said that they have no issue from their end and suggested me to contact my bank for charge back. So i request you please refund my money or transfer to the receiver account. My regester mobile no. Is [protected]
