Canara Bank — cash not received by atm machine but amount debited from my ac | |||
Dear sir/madam, I tried to withdraw an amount rs.10000/- on dated 20/06/2018 time 3:30pm from kotak bank atm, curry road (West), i have received sms from canara bank you’re a/c is debited 10000/- but i have not received money from atm. Please reverse same amount to my a/c. And i complained 3 times by call to canara bank customer care but nobody has given response. Kindly look into the matter. I have net banking login issue on my mother saving account. They told write a letter and submit. We will fix this issue in 48hrs. After one week I went canara bank branch they lost my letter and they asking me to write again the same for solve this net banking issue.

Sir, I have filled the form 15H in the first week of April And at time of making the FD for my only 2 fixed deposits one was mature in the month of jan.18 the bank has debited the TDS.
