Im anand and my canara bank (Internet banking) account number is :[protected] fort branch salem. I have tried to recharge my jio number: [protected] using canara bank internet banking using my jio app. The first time i tried to recharge for rs.448 but the process stoped at the middle, this was done at the time nearly 9:50am. So i tried to recharge for the second time for the same account, but again the transaction stopped at the middle. When i checked the bank statement, the cash was gone, 448 and another 448 rupees, totally rs.896. But my recharge was not suceesfull. When i contacted jio customer care they said that the transaction is failed both the time and your amount is not received to us. But canara bank have taken my amount.
