Canara Bank — crucial 8gb ram ordered from amazon | |||
Hey, i ordered one product from amazon i. E crucial 8 gb ram on 18th of jan with cost 2267 and due to some reason i cancelled that product and i already paid for that product earlier. Now, the thing is that amazon is saying that the amount has been initiated from their side on 20th of jan but it has not been credited to my account yet. I am already fed up with all this. I talked to the amazon many a times they are saying that the amount has been initiated from their side and the bank is saying that the amount is not been received yet from amazon side. I Joginder Singh from VPO Mirzapur hisar and bank is not refunded my amount in my account which was Rs999.
Which was provided by the Amazon.
So please help me . Amazon was mail me reference number. I have also added screenshot of mail .
