Canara Bank — I'm complaining about for not refunding my amount

Hi, this is syed i actually made a ticket booking on paytm using my mother's debit card by some reason i had to cancel the ticket on 22/10/18. I was informed that paytm has refunded the amount to bank and bank may take upto 14 days to reflect that amount. It's past 15 days but still i have not got the amount. When contacted paytm they said to contact bank, if i speak to bank executive they said unable to locate. One says to go to home branch.

Phone pay app se mera a/c .[protected] ma 14/10/2018 ko 10000 rupees transfer kiya laki abhi tak mujha mera amount nhi mila sir plz ma request krta hu ki mera amount jald se jald mujha mil jaay

While booking ticket through IRCTC, message is displayed as Transaction password locked contact the branch during the entry of Transaction password.
