Canara Bank — I'm complaining about refund money not get in my canara bank account | |||
Dear sir, My account no.[protected] Customer id.90674480 I purchased a product on amazon on 3rd august, 2018 using my canarabank debit card but i did not receive it and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 24th august, '18. Already gone 5 days still it was not reflected in my bank account. They had provided the refund reference number 75503728237022377552863. I had contacted your customer service number but their no response hence i mail you. I was charged for the ticket in BookMyShow show and cancelled the show later and processed my refund and I received a message saying we have processed your refund and will be shown in bank account by 27th August but still not received and amount. I called the customer service and asked them they said we have processed your refund on 17th August.
