Canara Bank — Issue of deficient cheque book | |||
Canara Bank BSK - 3 Stage Branch has issued me a cheque book with overwritten account number and blocked the CTS space with account number. When I asked them to replace the cheque book. I have been told my signature of acknowledgment is obtained by them and the cheque books can not be replaced. See the Sample cheque uploaded here. No one accepts these cheques. BSNL, BESCOM, BWSSB, Bangalore-One, all refused these cheques. I am placing this cheque as evidence for suing Canara Bank in appropriate consumer court and Ombudsman forum. Canara Bank has charged me for these deficient cheques and now they are exposed to consumer forum too. Their website online registering of grievances shall not allow you to post and complete any grievance. Was this information helpful? | |||
