[Resolved]  Canara Bank — money not reflected to my account refunded by amazon

I had ordered redmi y2 which of rs 8353/- on 10 oct 2018 through my debit card. And i returned the product at the time of delivery. Refund has been successfully processed by amazon on 14 oct 2018. It was expected to reflect to my account by 25 oct 2018. I still get it in my account.
I have contacted bank customer care and given all the details. And also contacted amazon and spoken to their officer. Amazon has sent reference number of transaction but bank people are telling its not yet processed to bank.
