Canara Bank — non reflection of my refund from amazon in canara bank | |||
I returned a headphone from amazon. Of rs799 regarding which amazon has refunded me a amount of rs799 in my card ending with no. 0395 on 4th october and asked me to wait for 5 days. After which i have not received my money yet in my account. I also contacted to canara bank customer care but they said they cannot do anything regarding this problem. Again after contacting amazon they asked me to file charge dispute form and mailed me a reference no. 75503728278023406016201 and told me to fill the form. I filled the form twice online but there was no response. When i went to bank they are not co-operating in any case neither they are providing charge dispute form nor the denial letter. After lots of hot talk they asked me to give my grievance in written. Hope u will solve my problem as soon as possible.
