Canara Bank — pending refund not received | |
I have cancelled a railway ticket for the journey on 26th january 2018 through irctc phone app on 25th january. My pnr number is [protected]. I have received a message that confirmed the cancellation and the refund of rs.120 to my account. My cancellation/refund id is [protected] and came to know through irctc site that the refund has already been made on 27th january itself. I still didn't receive the refund. Kindly do the needful to sort out my issue. I am attaching a screenshot of the refund confirmation.

My account number is[protected] today on 31/01/2018 i transfer 60000 by imps . Imps no is[protected] when amount transfered i recived the message 60000 could not be processed but amount is debited pls go through this and do needful
