[Resolved]  Canara Bank — problem for refund

I am dheeraj Sharma. My saving account number[protected]BRANCH: SRI KRISHNA JANMSTHAN)
5000 rupees were added in the Amazon on the 20th, but the transactions were canceled.

I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.
I got a reference number from Amazon 919988

These are the copies of the emails sent by the Amazon to my email id

Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
