[Resolved] Canara Bank — refund amount is not credited in account

I am arjun p p
I have cancelled an order in flipkart of rs 1045 and they mentioned that refund has been successfully credited in my account on 19/12/2019. According to them the money will be reflected in the account within 5 business day. And these 5 days are over till now (I. E 26/12/2019) i didn't get my money back. I have received a refund reference number through the mail and the mail is as follows :

Hello I am arjun . My saving account number is[protected]Branch:(valanchery). I purchased a watch from flipkart on 7-12-19 and paid from my debit card an amount of 1045-. But i canceled my item in next day 8 dec 2019. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about 3 week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account. I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers. I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same. We tried getting in touch with you on 9947748222 to discuss this but weren't able to reach you. We are sorry for the trouble caused to you. This is regarding: Order Number: OD117258788724273000 Product Name: Fastrack 3162SL01 Analog Watch - For Men This is to inform you that the seller had processed the refund of Rs.1045/- to your debit card on 08 Dec 19 & it should have been credited by 19 Dec 19 for this order. The refund reference number is 30005193419342240005370. You may contact your bank's customer support with these details for further assistance. Note: The bank's customer support number can be found on the back of your card. If you have any concerns about your refund, you can raise dispute in the bank's grievance cell. Alternatively, you can also visit your bank to submit the 'Chargeback form' to get an update on your refund. Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
