[Resolved] Canara Bank — refund amount is not credited in account | |||
Hello, I am arjun p p I have cancelled an order in flipkart of rs 1045 and they mentioned that refund has been successfully credited in my account on 19/12/2019. According to them the money will be reflected in the account within 5 business day. And these 5 days are over till now (I. E 26/12/2019) i didn't get my money back. I am arjun . My saving account number is[protected]Branch:(valanchery). I purchased a watch from flipkart on 7-12-19 and paid from my debit card an amount of 1045-. But i canceled my item in next day 8 dec 2019.
The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about 3 week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.
I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.
I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
