[Resolved]  Canara Bank — refund amount is not yet credited to my account

Hi team,

I have contacted bank customer support for esquire about refund amount processed from shopclue and amazon. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

Amazon:the refund amount 430 has been issued on 17th october to your net banking
The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 74332747291729014293411.
Shopclue:total refund 332.00 shopclues refund id 12231999, issued on october 13th.

Please help me to register the ccr complaint to receive these amounts.
