[Resolved]  Canara Bank — refund not reflected in my account

I made a purchase in flipkart on 22/01/2018 for INR 3141/-. The same day itself i cancelled the order. But still now the refund is not credited into my account. Flipkart has given the transaction ID LUR[protected] and also saying that the refund is already done. When i called the canara bank customer care for the issue they didnt give me the proper reply and asked me to visit the home branch. Im staying in my hometown(chennai) for my upcoming delivery. since the home branch is in bangalore i cannot go in person.So kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
