I, muskaan m. Would like to complain about my refunds. On 09/10/18, i booked a train ticket from paytm but it failed, and the money paid for it hasn't been refunded, i. E., rs. 1325 with a transaction id #[protected]. And, on 10/10/18, rs. 999 was debited for a payment on amazon for an order id #[protected] which wasn't refunded either. I have done transaction through tez, but payment is processing from 3 days but the amount is debited from my account its important transaction do it fast please it is an urgent transaction
