Canon India — 244dw multi function printer - problem in printing clearly

We are recenltly launched central; government organisation called india post payments bank, parvathipuram branch, vizianagaram district, andhra pradesh we bought 244dw multi function printer in may 2018 with serial number wqe39974 for official purposes. For some days it did good but now the prints we are getting with low ink leads to low clarity but even after filling ink in catridges also the print is very low in clarity.
