Purchased canon pixma e 3170 all in one printer just ten days back. The printer is not giving the exact size of the print on glossy paper. Its giving only photo size print of a4 documents when got from pdf format. How to solve the issue. Ink from colour cartridge is running away - getting emptied fast. I always get the company helpline numbers are busy. Totally unsatisfied with the product (E3170), let me know the return policy, i promise that shall take another printer of your which can print a4 size from pdf if you accept the return policy or the solution of problem which do not drain ink that fast as it was.
