Canon India — not responding for installation and demo of printer canon

I brought new canon inkjet printer at croma sunday.
Installation to call on monday.
They tell on day engineer come demo.
And also he not came again i call service center they resolve problem in ten mins tell..48hrs complete still no one can respond properly
Please solve the problem

I have registered my product in conon.co.in/cig but cant login to edge.coanon.co.in with those credentials.

We have used only one month but it will not be come print
