Canon India — printer g2010

I brough this canon g2010 whose sl no. - klld06952, 6 month ago, but within 4 month it got damaged. I called the service centre they told me within 48hours it will be done. There after 7 days later one engineer came but couldn't repair and told me i have to buy new cartilage as it damaged. So he promised me within 2 days it will be repaired, but again after calling several times he doesn't came so called service centre then again they told within 24 hours engineer will come and repair it. But the engineer came after 7 days then again he told the board is damaged. It was now 20 days past but still the engineer didn't came even after given several complaints. The worst company is canon and service is painful better go for hp. I want my money back for this printer or else i will go consumer court.
