Canon India — printer not yet exchanged and no update about it | |||
I have purchased canon g 3010 printer. On installation there was problem with colors. Your service engineer tried to resolve but could not resolve it. He told me that it will be replaced. Product logged for replacement 15 days back by service engineer. No update from his side and from company side My all work has stopped and i am suffering high loss due to lack of printer. If not possible to get it in next 3 days Kindly generate me my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
