I have logged in a service request on 26th oct 2019 and after that everyday for last 5 days i have been calling the service center vision technologies
And everyday they committed they will be sending the engineer. Yesterday they gave me the engineer's number (Mr shekhar - [protected]) and it was a wonderful surprise that apart from talking unprofessionally rude he said what can i do if you are following up for 5 days? Why are calling service centre? You should call me and follow me up. The best part was that sitting in some corner of hyderabad that astrologer engineer is giving me the quote of 2900 as your cartridge is spoiled and says if you agree i will come and conveniently cancels the appointment. He is claiming that 6 months back he came for the servicing and that very time he forecasted cartridge failure for a printer which was working until 10 days back. I guess he is overqualified for his job.
If this is the service canon is aiming at then 'delighting you always' is just a shallow caption. Completely disappointed
