Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my loan account number ending with 7592 with Capfloat Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., which is still reflecting as active in my credit report despite full repayment.
I have fully repaid all dues related to the below-mentioned loan account. However, as per my Experian credit report, the loan status is still showing as active, even though there is no outstanding amount... Was this information helpful? |
