As checked other complaints on the forum, I also have not taken any loan from this fraud company.
However, it's showing on my cibil report that I have a loan from this company along with Karur Vyasya bank for which I will be raising another ticket/complaint.

I have not taken any loan for my number [protected] form this fraud company. But they are calling regularly for the payment of 3000 loan not taken.

They also sent me a notice regarding amount and payment. But didn't share any loan number or loan details.

This fraud company has also reported it my CIBIL. What a...

It's licence should be banned

I had not taken any consumer loan from capital float finance private limited. I have received a mail from credit score provider in that its shows i have taken a consumer loan amount of 1500 ruppee.

I never done any transaction with CAPFLOAT and never even knowing the name. This is really worst situation that they can connect with CIBIL and update in my profile fraudly. Please take strick action against CAPFLOAT and block this company itself. Now due to this my credit score damaged and who will be accountable for this? I have raised dispute with CIBIL but not sure when going to resolve. You can see lots of consumer complaint against this company even NO ACTION why? Please do some work for the public and suspend and declare fraud to CIBIL and dont allow to doany activity.
