I am S Ushaparvathy partner of M/s. S Duraisamy And Sons, 1 A Old Natham Road, Madurai - 625014. In Cibil report there is a remark that Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited has filed a suit against me. The account no. indicated is TIR17E36652. My self or my company has not borrowed any money from Capfloat Financial Services Private limited. Kindly inform Cibil to remove this remark.

Dear capfloat I didn't take any kind of loan from your company. And in my cibil score report there is showing my consumer loan in a/c no gon22e[protected] of 400 ruppes show please it delete my name and inform cibil it.

I am very clearly say to you that you can delete my loan account that was I never taken before, otherwise I will do FIR against a fraud company loan to consumer coat.

FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED but they mentioned my financial cibil report iam get rs.600 for consumer loan.. highly its fraud.

Not sure where this came from in my credit history. As said by other complainers it appears to be from Amazon Pay Later option. What a frustrating experience this has been. Never imagined Amazon would be part of this strange problem. How come a simple credit enquiry lead to reduction in points which are hard to come by for anyone. If anyone has any clue plz do suggest what can be done to revive this. Thanks.
