I saw the same situation in my CIBIL report showing Rs.2000 from Capfloat Services and that's when I checked about it with my Amazon account wherein I had activated Amazon PayLater Account with sanctioned limit of Rs.10, 000. However, I had never purchased anything on Paylater basis, hence I thought to investigate it further. I called up Amazon customer service and closed the Amazon Paylater account on 31st October. This was also confirmed by CapFloat Team too when I called up the CapitalFloat customercare who is providing Credit services to Amazon for such PayLater accounts. They said that their system will always show such small amounts as sanctioned in Credit Score. They asked me to wait till Next Experian CIBIL report to be generated and this will then be shown as Closed instead of Active. Hope this goes away.
You should try calling their customer care no:[protected].

Y cibil report shows one active account with the name of cap float financial services pvt Ltd of amount INR 5000 with active stat
No consumer loan taken but in credit score it was showing as loan borrowed from capfloat.- I have activated pay later service in Amazon through capital float. In my credit score it was showing that consumer loan of 5000 was taken from capfloat but no loan borrowed from them. Plz take action as soon as possible.

Hi my name is dinesh kumar . i was checking my CIBIL score .it is showing that i have taken loan 2000 from CAPFLOAT FINANCIAL. I am not able to have any kind of contact . the company is associated with amazon .the facility of letter on amazon is also given by them but i didn't any. my amazon id is (d.[protected]@gamail.com) . neither did i get any loan message . no information from.

Checked CIBIL score a couple of months ago, it was 710, in due course between last check and today score has dropped to 709 instead of rising. I expected it to rise since I've paid off my credit card outstanding in full, about a fortnight ago.
Kindly take stern action against Capital Float Fin. Ser. Pvt. Ltd since CIBIL score progress is a pretty detrimental determinant when it comes to opening new lines of credit.

late payment charges on emi

I have availed the services of amazon pay emi from amazon.in. This service is being managed through a third party called capital float which is the trade name of capfloat financial services limited formerly known as zen lefin private limited), a non-banking finance company (Nbfc) registered with the rbi.
I was late in repayment of emi this month and late payment charges have already been deducted till 9th january 2020.
I attempted the repayment yesterday (10th january 2020). The transaction was received from amazon pay but not from capital float services. The amount got debited from my account and the current status is that i would be refunded this amount. However my account was still deducted another late payment charges today, which i cannot be responsible for because this was due to a payment failure due to the issues in capital float. Whwn i tried them to contact through the toll free number, the call was not getting connected. And i have mailed them yesterday regarding the issue. They have promised a call back but not yet received any call from them.
So as i wait for the amount to refunded to my account and then do the payment, my account is getting deducted the late payment which is clearly not fair.
This was money i have planned to use for my personal needs and now i am unable to use that.
I would like the refund of the late payment charges deducted today and further penalties, if any due to the inefficiency of capital float services

complaint on amazon pay emi online transaction fraud with capital float
My name is dinesh kumar chautapalli. I’m the victim of online fraud through amazon pay emi and i would like to explain and give a complaint on it.
On 29th june 2019 saturday i got a call from capital float team states that you have a loan emi pending with amazon pay emi. At that moment i was shocked and explained to them that i haven’t purchased anything on amazon.in
Further capital float team states that on may 11th, 2019, an amount of rs 55471 /- shopping has been done through my amazon account on the name of deepak parmar. And i realized that something went wrong with my amazon account. They informed me to raise a complaint with amazon team and as well as to file a complaint.
I made a call to amazon support team on 29th june 2019 and explained the whole thing that has happened, and i came to know that my amazon account has been hacked.
Myself without knowing all this thing had happened, when i casually tried to login into my amazon account in the month of may 2019 it showed me an error states that incorrect email or password. And then i tried to reset my password again there was an error states that you don’t have an amazon account with this email id ([protected]@gmail.com). I thought it might be any technical error and i left it for a couple of days.
Later on, may 28th, 2019 i tried to login into my amazon account and the same previous error repeated. And then i decided to signup with my same credentials using [protected]@gmail.com as my email id and +91 96xxxxxx96 as my phone number and the account has been created on may 28th, 2019. But i was unable to access my past orders, addresses, and payment methods. And at that moment i don’t know regarding my account hack and i logged out of my account by thinking there might be an error again.
I request to consumer complaints team, to get me out from this online fraud and do a needful justice on this issue. And i would like to provide all the information and required documents for speedy justice.

capital float team demanding for byju payment which was cancelled by us.

Please refer to the below attached emails. Capital float team is constantly torturing us for the payment which we are not supposed to pay. We have discussed with them regarding cancellation of BYJU. A sales agent called Shubhankar from BYJU promised that we can cancel the subscription before March and we did that when my child did not find it useful but BYJU and Capital Float team is torturing us with emails that payment is due and they will send it to collection. We have spoken to them several times and explained the situation but no help.
Please help us with this. Looking forward to get help from this.

Despite of clearly informing you about the same over the phone, I again got a call from a representative who was really rude and asking me to keep the funds in my account? Is that some sort of harrasment? Clearly, I was told while signing up the ECS for on 31st Dec'2018 that it will only be activated after end of March only when I confirm continuation with BYJU.
Again, I am requesting please cancel the ECS7Direct debits as we have requested cancellation of the service and initiate the refund of the deposit amount asap.
PS: I would like to bring to your notice, how rude your representatives are who talk over the phone. The person asked me 'to talk in English' and it was not a request rather a rude comment from him. We live in India and Hindi is our national language. Talking in english does not make you any wiser and I have all rights to speak in my national language in HINDI. Please be careful while speaking in such tone and commenting like this to any Indian.
Irony here is when all the discussion for buying the services were done in HINDI then why do you need ENGLISH when there is some support required?

Though, my son (Ishaan) tried using the learning program but we did not find it effective enough for his studies and wanted to cancel the learning program in the beginning of Feb'2019. Ever since first week of Feb'19 we are following up for cancellation and refund, however the experience with BYJU support is HORRIBLE and there is no response on our cancellation request and it will not be incorrect to mention that we have been harrassed by the finance team to pay further more money.
Does that mean that it was all false commitments during the time when we met Shubhankar (BYJU representative) and the focus was only on selling the BYJU learning program and not on building market trust and featuring the qualities and what BYJU had to offer in education front??
Please cancel the BYJU program subscription with immediate effect. As per the discussions with Shubhankar, we were told we can cancel the program until March'19 end and no ECS will be deducted until we confirm. Also, we were told that we will be refunded 7000 INR that was paid in cash.

Though, my son (Ishaan) tried using the learning program but we did not find it effective enough for his studies and wanted to cancel the learning program in the beginning of Feb'2019. Ever since first week of Feb'19 we are following up for cancellation and refund, however the experience with BYJU support is HORRIBLE and there is no response on our cancellation request and it will not be incorrect to mention that we have been harrassed by the finance team to pay further more money.
Does that mean that it was all false commitments during the time when we met Shubhankar (BYJU representative) and the focus was only on selling the BYJU learning program and not on building market trust and featuring the qualities and what BYJU had to offer in education front??
Please cancel the BYJU program subscription with immediate effect. As per the discussions with Shubhankar, we were told we can cancel the program until March'19 end and no ECS will be deducted until we confirm. Also, we were told that we will be refunded 7000 INR that was paid in cash.

I saw the same situation in my CIBIL report showing Rs.2000 from Capfloat Services and that's when I checked about it with my Amazon account wherein I had activated Amazon PayLater Account with sanctioned limit of Rs.10, 000. However, I had never purchased anything on Paylater basis, hence I thought to investigate it further. I called up Amazon customer service and closed the Amazon Paylater account on 31st October. This was also confirmed by CapFloat Team too when I called up the CapitalFloat customercare who is providing Credit services to Amazon for such PayLater accounts. They said that their system will always show such small amounts as sanctioned in Credit Score. They asked me to wait till Next Experian CIBIL report to be generated and this will then be shown as Closed instead of Active. Hope this goes away.
