Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am writing to express my serious concern and dissatisfaction regarding an unauthorized loan sanctioned in my name without my prior consent or any intimation.

Upon reviewing my credit report and financial records, I discovered that a loan of Rs. 6, 000 was sanctioned in October 2022 by CapFloat Financial Services Private Limited / Karur Vysya Bank Ltd. I would like to categorically state that I have neither applied for nor authorized any such loan.

Further, I have also been informed that my CKYC record was accessed in relation to this loan. I would like to highlight that I have not provided any consent for accessing my CKYC details.

In this regard, I request you to kindly provide the following details on an urgent basis:

On whose request was my CKYC record accessed
Through which channel/platform was the request initiated
The purpose for which my CKYC details were retrieved
Complete details of the entity/person who initiated this request

This incident indicates a possible case of identity theft and misuse of my personal and KYC information. I request you to treat this matter with utmost urgency and take the following actions immediately:

Conduct a detailed investigation into the matter
Confirm that the said loan does not belong to me
Close/remove the unauthorized loan from my records
Update the correction with TransUnion CIBIL and other credit bureaus
Ensure that no further unauthorized activity is carried out using my credentials

Please note that I reserve the right to escalate this matter to higher authorities, including the Reserve Bank of India and the National Cyber Crime Portal, if not resolved promptly.
