I brought 2 shoes from Dalgrand London worth 7000â appx. 1st when the order was placed from the website, I didnât get any email notification saying that my order was placed. That is when I messaged them on their CONTACT no. From the website- +[protected]. I wanted to know where my parcel has reached as I had partially paid them 2332/- and the rest was EMI via Snapmint. After many messages on WhatsApp and Instagram. They just sent us the order photo but I was still not aware where the parcel was reached or by when will I get it. delivery took longer time to arrive. After the product arrived both the shoes had sole patches removed and the quality was not worth the money I paid. Also the shoe I had purchased for someone else and the size was smaller for both the shoes. Again I tried to CONTACT the seller for the return as it wasnât worth paying so much for this quality and size issue. The seller is not replying to any WhatsApp messages or Instagram. Also they have deleted my comments from there. And their Amazon reviews are the same as I mentioned. And I have 2 EMI pending from Snapmint as I want to return the product I am not paying the amount asked and also my cibil score is getting affected by this ### seller. I had the worst CUSTOMER experience till date. I had tried explaining everything to Snapmint but still the concern remains the same. I am attaching all the screenshots conversations with the seller. I hope this HELPs and I get back the amount I have paid.
