[Resolved] Capital First — A two wheeler loan which was paid a long back still it is not clear in system and i have extra ecs deducted from my account. | |||||
I used to receive calls from capital first stating i do have still 2 emi's pending. I went to the bangalore kormangala branch for a clarification as it is effecting my cibil since a long period of time. And got it clarified i have already paid my 9 emi's for the loan as i have paid 3 emi's in advance and i do have the receipt still with me. They are not able to retrive the information and saying its too old data they have to check as hwo it still shows two emi's pending. They dont have a track of it. I have visited the bangalore branch several times where no one is ready to solve the issue or eager to help. After the confirmation that i have already paid the amount, when i showed the receipts and all the evidences i do have. I am writing this complaint because this loan i have taken in 2012 and today we are in 2016 i got information from my cibil score card some amount to be paid for which my cibil score is not ok. I have a question to capital first if i have to give money to capital first should inform to us or you don't bother about customers. Again today i have been charged four ecs from my account for no reasons which is of 16, 984.00 My humble request to the team to clear and clarify it as soon as possible as i am in need to get my cibil updated that i can apply for a loan.
