Hello sir/mam, My loan account no. Is 5774101. Emi amount is rs. 4228/-, this is to inform you that i am always out of station for starting 10 - 15 days due to my business reason so today i got call from your capitalfirst lucknow branch for collection and the persons name is govind and his phone number is [protected] and he uses abusing languages with very rough tone over the phone, so in this behalf i am going to consumer forum with legal action against company and that person this email is only inform you as a company to company that if due to some reason if date is exceeding but he is paying his emi through online so there is no rules you have all to do a harassment to any customer, please reply in this case what action you are going to take or i will do it by my way.
