I have a personal loan account with capital first ltd. With account number 11494521. I have had a job loss and hence there have been delays in the emi each month for the last few months. However, your recovery agents keep harassing us to the point of even coming home and using foul language against my mother and threatening her and me of dire consequences. I am sharing the phone numbers of your recovery agent. He does this on a daily basis and this has caused a huge mental trauma for me and my family. We do not want to get into the consumer court thing since i have had a very good relationship with capital first.
