This is with reference to your email dated august 18, 2016 addressed to the nodal desk.

Further to our conversation today, we would like to inform you that the ecs for the month of july and august 2016 had bounced due to ecs mandate issue.

We have initiated the process to update the fresh ecs mandate with your banker. On successful registration of the mandate, the ecs would be presented to your bank account from the month of october 2016.

Since, the existing mandate is not updated with your banker the emi for the month of september 2016 would also bounce. We request you to make the payment of your emi for the month of september 2016 through quick pay option available on our website (www.capitalfirst.com)

Please note the emi for the month of july and august 2016 is unpaid, as per your request, our executive would be contacting you to collect the payment of rs. 5, 180.00 (2590*2)

The statement of account and the repayment schedule for your loan account 5864049 are enclosed herewith for your reference.

The penalty of rs.300.00 has been levied to your loan account due to delay in receipt of payment for the month of july 2016. On receipt of payment as a service gesture, we would arrange the waiver of rs. 300.00
