[Resolved] Capital First — Asking for the extra EMI for the loan | |||||
Hello sir, My name is asif khan ([protected], ask. [protected]@gmail.com) and i already have taken out a loan from your organization since last year march, 2016 and my lan no. 5521713 for the rs.10800/- and my emi's start from the month of may, 2016 respectively i have paid 5 emi's till may - september and my cheque for the month of october got dishonored from some financial issue and your agent his name is vijay ([protected]) is came to my home everyday, and that was embarrassing so i decide to pay the rest of my loan amount so i am asking to the agent and head of your company branch by a phone call, i don't know the name of the receiver but she tell me the for-closer amount rs.4050, according to the company terms, if if paid my for-closer amount earlier to the time limit, my all bouncing and extra charges will reverse/ so i have paid the for-closer amount rs.4050 to the agent, and received the payment confirmation, but after that still i am receiving the sms from the capital first for emi due, so i told to the vijay what the problem so the told me sir "ye automatic message hai aapke end month tak aega u dont worry" so i said its ok but after the month of december 2016 i continue receiving the call from the capital first for due of emi's and when i am asking to why now i paid more money they said "sir by mistake aapka amount for closer mein na ja jaakar adjustment mein chala gaya aap rs.1350 remaining emi pay kardo then aapke pass call nhi aegi," (His name is saiman) but they are not giving me the noc, because i have also bouncing charge due for the month of november, december etc.2016.
