I had taken a consumer loan from capital first and the product value is 51600/- where in I had already paid 1600/- as the processing fees so the disbursement should be 50000/- wherein it shows as 55252/- i really don't understand why. I was been told that the EMI would be of 9 months. now i see that the capital first guy has done a complete mess here.
According to the customer care executive Kajal Mane she said that the disbursement was done for 55252/- and according to that the EMI is for 10 month where as the product value is 51600/- than how come your executive showed the product value as 55252/-
I am attaching the copy of the invoice where the product value is 51600/- and also the mini statement where i have paid processing fees and insurance fee and also the repayment track where its mentioned 55252/-

I had applied loan for 17000/-but you had disburse 20000/- to dealer.why don't you people confirm us at the time of applying loan, after 5 days I received the mail from your end you had sanction me 20000/-kindly disburse give my down payment of 3000/- back
