Dear sir/madam, Myself ankur singh and i was working for panasonic electronic company at the position of sales executive at choice electronic in laxmi nagar delhi-110092 since october 2015 to january 2018. One of the customer purchased the led tv and an ac of panasonic brand through finance from capital first and the executive of capital first check and submit all the necessary documents. Now the person who took finance not paying the amount and the payment recovery team bothering me from approx 2 years. After getting frustrated i am lodging my complaint to take necessary action regarding the payment recovery team. Last call i have received from ms. Myself Ankur singh and I was working for Panasonic electronic company at the position of sales executive at choice electronics in laxmi nagar Delhi-110092 from October 2015 to January 2018.
One of the customer purchased the LED TV and an AC of Panasonic brand through finance from capital first and the executive of capital first checked and submitted all the necessary documents.
Now the person who took finance not paying the amount and the payment recovery team bothering me for approx 2 years.
After getting frustrated I am lodging my complaint to take necessary action regarding the payment recovery team. I have also said to all the executives who had called me to give them the location of Customer but they always pressured me to recover the money from the customer.
I don't understand till now what was my fault. I was just doing my Job for Panasonic and was selling the products of Panasonic so why the Capital First recovery bothered me for 2 years and still continues.
