His is regarding Account Number- 6244784.

I had an EMI of 6, 478/- of 5th Dec however since I was out of station I couldn't transfer amount as this is not my salaried account. I tried to call customer care many times on[protected] however this was not reachable.

I had sufficient balance on 6th Dec however there was no EMI taken for the 2nd time and now I'm having to pay 7, 678 due to missing the EMI. I repeat myself that I had sufficient balance on 6th Dec.

I'm extremely disappoint that I've to pay a fine when there was no proper customer service provided to me as the customer service number was not reachable. It is still not reachable, I tried calling today.

Finally I'm writing this email to make sure that this interest amount is removed so that I can pay my regular EMI of 6478.

Hoping that you will prioritize customers need and satisfaction.

Also, there is no response from customer.[protected]@capitalfirst.com ?

Why is the customer service so poor, are you guys not concerned about customers needs ?

I was buying 2 product for the capital first, before 8 months and I also apply for the capital card, bt the card is not coming
Since last 8 months. Now My loan is finished but now also card is not coming.

    You guys give me call only when i post here. It is been more 2 months, but still not got any resolution for my compalint on wrong emi calculation.

    I have spoken to each one in your head office, nobody is of No help. The last person to follow up on my complaint was KARTHIKEYN, But he also of no help.

    Here is the list of people handled my case, Seems all are sleeping on my case, or no one is bothered about the customer complaint.

    capital first executive gave wrong information and took in grip for personal loan, manager also gave wrong information on complain, CG state Head told jo ukhaarna hai ukhaar lo ….. this is threat. they want unwilling interest earning, account 18197415 personal loan.

          Hi Team,

          This is regarding my loan account 4999427.

          I am trying for home loan and I applied in HDFC bank, but they are telling me that there is an overdue amount of Rs. 1600 towards penal charges. This is a surprise to me.

          Actually, earlier my salary account was with RBS bank and as you know this bank has shutdown it’s services since August 2016.

          In June/July (I don’t remember exactly), one of your executives visited my place and took signature from me on ECS form so that the next EMI can get deducted from my new salary account (HDFC bank).

          He also confirmed that I don’t have to do anything more and it will be taken care from his end.

          But, again looks like the ECS went through my old RBS bank account instead of HDFC bank and hence it got bounced back as insufficient funds as the RBS services were shut down.

          Now, request you to remove the overdue charges on my loan account as it was not my mistake.

            This is the worst experience of mine in getting a simple loan of 100000. Everything is done and i have signed the agreement. Capitalfirst took 13 signed cheques from me and its been more than 10 days capital first do not even update me what are they doing with my signed cheques.               I used to receive calls from capital first stating i do have still 2 emi's pending. I went to the bangalore kormangala branch for a clarification as it is effecting my cibil since a long period of time. And got it clarified i have already paid my 9 emi's for the loan as i have paid 3 emi's in advance and i do have the receipt still with me.
              They are not able to retrive the information and saying its too old data they have to check as hwo it still shows two emi's pending. They dont have a track of it.

              I have visited the bangalore branch several times where no one is ready to solve the issue or eager to help. After the confirmation that i have already paid the amount, when i showed the receipts and all the evidences i do have.

              I am writing this complaint because this loan i have taken in 2012 and today we are in 2016 i got information from my cibil score card some amount to be paid for which my cibil score is not ok.
              I have a question to capital first if i have to give money to capital first should inform to us or you don't bother about customers.

              Again today i have been charged four ecs from my account for no reasons which is of 16, 984.00

              My humble request to the team to clear and clarify it as soon as possible as i am in need to get my cibil updated that i can apply for a loan.

                We cleared the loan for two wheeler in the month of October and raised the request for NOC (No Objection certificate). However, even after continuous follow up they are not providing any solution. If we ask to transfer to the higher level they too are not responding.

                  I had taken a Consumer Loan (8 EMI option) while buying a Washing machine (17000) and Microwave oven (Rs.11000) from giriasindia (Basavangudi branch) Bangalore.

                  Initially when I took the loan, I have paid the down payment for both the loans.

                  Down payment paid for Loan Account No: 8140604 for Rs.17000 is Rs. 1300
                  Down payment paid for Loan Account No: 8140661 for Rs. 11001 is Rs. 1070

                  But when I login to my Capital first account it says I have to pay 2125*8= 17000 and 1376*8= 11008. i.e the full loan amount.

                  Now My question is what about the down payment I made? I have attached the bills for your reference.

                  This looks like fraud. Need someone to look at this immediately and get back to me.

                  It is been more than a month, but still not got any resolution for my compalint on wrong emi calculation.

                  I got a call from mr. Adil few days back and he said that someone will contact me in regards to this complaint. But till date nobody is bothered to update me. I tried calling adil every day, but unfortunately he is of no help.

                  On 24th nov 2016, i spoke to manju - reginal manager, he don't have any idea about how the price breakup is calculated. The other mr. Anish matthew - area sales manger is least bothered about the customer and he is asking me to go back to girias and cancel the product i purchased. Never expected this from the sales manger. I doubt i spoke to a sales manager. He was of no help.

                  On the same day i to a call from nikitah - from head office, she said she will get back to me, no response till date.

                  No idea how many people you guys would have looted like this.

                  This is a fraud company.

                  I will visit your branch with media guys tomorrow.

                  Would appreciate a response.

                      My name is Akshay Katkar. Many times I have received message from capital first for pre closure of loan without any charges.
                      I have visited your pune branch for changing ecs from Citi bank to SBI. They suggested me to give post dated cheque instead of doing ecs as my remaining loan period is very less (6 months). As suggested I gave him post dated cheque.
                      Today I just saw statement wherein I see some swap charges of Rs 500 levied on 27/10/2016 with narration pdc swap charges -due.
                      My concern is why this charges are levied. I have not informed by their representative while accepting my cheque. If I would have informed I would hv closed my loan on that point only.
                      Am not going to pay such charges. I don't want any issue when I closed my loan.

                        My agreement No : 5076522.

                        Capital fist has been settled 41, 000 to close my account and i received settlement form also. i have paid the amount of 41, 000 on 21st Oct 2016.

                        i called to Kaushik (Koramangala, Bangalore) from capital fist, he said nothing pending from him i need to follow up with Customer Care and i called to customer care 15 days back they asked me to send settlement form and i have sent also, again yesterday i called to customer care again they asked me to send settlement for.

                        Still my account is showing active, requesting you to conclude this.

                        Hi Consumer Team, post raising complaint next day i got call from Capital First team and they said they will ensure to close this issue soon. after 2 days my account has been closed and 29th i got the NDC(NOC) form also. Thanks a lot Consumer team.

                            My loan # is 2594122. I do not have any late payments on my loan. I have also cleared one of the loans already. Today I am surprised to see that my card (card# 1476113), has been temporarily blocked for no reason.when I contacted capital one customer care, the customer care Agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than " blocked for internal purposes for 90 days " . I need an answer, I need my card activated, I am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card ASAP. As you have noticed I have no late payments on my loans. Im wondering why is my card blocked.

                            Hi Team,

                            I Received a call on the 17th of November, I have discussed my Issues over the phone call.
                            However No one has an answer why the card was blocked!!, I have not received a single SMS (Message) in regards the cancellation of the card. I Still cant believe this process. And i was promised a call back on the 18th of November, No one has yet contacted me. I have the recording of the phone call, clearly the Representative has no answer to my call.
                            Kindly help me get this issue resolved.

                            Hi my card no 4992977 hass been blocked temporarily for no reason ...Wen I called the customer care they telling that it was blocked for payment bounce but There was hell a lot of money in my account .Is it my mistake if you did not take the money from account .Im in a urgent need of another product pls help me with it .I had my full hope and trust on capital first but U all made me down.

                              I Had asked for guidance and to provide valuable support in resolving the issue from Deepa A, Nilkanth Parab from Future Capital to help me in providing following Details .


                              1. Documents submitted at the time of application of loan


                              2. Mail from the collection team that the loan applicant had given
                              forged documents
                              Scan copy of Loan agreement and forged Documents submitted at the time of application of loan .

                              Mail from Customer care executive, confirm me that they are forwarding my request to our concern team to correct your CIBIL records. And will update me once we receive confirmation from CIBIL.

                              There were 19 Fraud Cases from month Aug 2011 to Oct 2011, Document of Employes of Future Group were missued for Fraud Loan, one of this was of the VP Rand, only his CIBIL Record was cleared on special request .

                              My Self was Employee of Future Group Since Dec2010 to Nov 2012, Nothing is done so far for Me, nor My CIBIL Record is cleared .

                              I am getting harassment calls from Capital First executives Mr Praksh Yadav for repayment of loan amount from No[protected] .

                              Earlier on 25 April 2016 i have received mail from below stated mail id and contact person, to whom i have replied with earlier correspondence .

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I’m writing you to request about my loan Acc No. 3962633. This is to inform you that I missed an EMI of this account number in April Month… Payment of Rs 1912/- and EMI Ending date is 5 May 2016.
                                      1. I paid missed EMI Amount On[protected] with fine of Rs 400/-. Total Amount Paid by me on 19 May is Rs 2312/-.
                                      2. But When I tried to download NOC it shows that NOC can be provided after Loan Maturity Date only.
                                      3. That’s means as per your records this bounced Emi is not submitted by me. But for your kind information I would like to inform you that again It was submitted by me on 19 may an amount of Rs 2312 and I have full and final closer letter gave by your side. Ref No. Delhi/May’16/A081.
                                      4. And now you blocked my EMI Card also due to payment pending of above loan account which is not correct.
                                      5. Check your record after bounced this emi I purchase 2 AC on that EMI Card and one Is force closed by me by paying full amount. (when my intention is not pay that Emi only of Rs 1912 so how im paid 50, 000/- cash payment to you).
                                      6. Finally please check this case and confirm me same and full and Final Closure for Loan Account Number – 3962633 attached with this mail.
                                      7. Also I mentioned your executive mobile number who received money from me [protected]. Check it and update your record that I’m not defaulter of Missed EMI and Open my Capital first Blocked card and issue me NOC of clearance dues of Loan Account Number 3962633.
                                      8. So that I Can maintain my best Cibil Score
                                      9. Also My closed loans 5808031 & 6344514 (Force closed by me). Please provide me Noc of these Closed accounts.
                                      10. Otherwise I have to take legal action against you that your company tried to break my CIBIL score as a good customer …. Because payment already paid by me and you were not update it in your records.
                                      11. Also due to this missed EMI your company tried to clear this amount on another date:-
                                      Means…. EMI missed on 6 April 2016.
                                      And without any information company tried to clear it again on 26 April and this time it was did by two times by your side and I Charged Rs 255 two times by my bank and my bank told me that it was did by Capital First not by their side. So That due to you guys I charged Rs 500 extra for bounced EMI and nobody called me Mail me and messaging me first inform to clear this EMI. So who will pay this amount and show me records that you called me mail me and msg me before clearing this EMI from my Bank. Or else ready to pay this charge. Or show me records that it was not your mistake.
                                      12. Kindly look into this matter and I ‘m looking forward your response
                                      13. All the above matter already send to you by mail but nobody gave me response but now I’m not in good mood. And I will take legal action against you to make my Bad CIBIL Score due to your mistake. (I Paid missed EMI but your company not update it in your Records)
