Hi All, My Name is Chandrashekar Athmakur, I have a consumer loan in Capital First with loan number CL498246, I paid every month EMI and for one month I made a payment physically (with bill number : FCH000535, Deposit slip number : 116030, Date : 20 /06/2012 Amount : 2159 ) because I received a call from costumer care and they have problem with online . I raised complaint regarding this and requested to share the NOC, but there is no response from the support team and now I'm receiving messages saying that I need to pay the pending amount of Rs.13667. I dont know why they charged over due amount even ECS got deducted every month ontime. I went to Capital First Hyderabad office and contacted Mr David (mobile No : +91 [protected]), but he directly telling that I need to pay the amount just because of the amount I paid physically is not updated in there database. Can anyone help me, how to close this issue and update my CIBIL report.. I have all my recipients and statements related to this loan.

Hi All, My Name is karminder singh, I have a consumer product loan in Capital First with loan number CL602413, I paid every month EMI but for 2 month I made a payment physically because of EMI bounce and I paid it physically because I received a call from costumer care.
I am writing this complaint because this loan I have taken in 2012 and today we are in 2016 I got information from my CIBIL score card some amount to be paid for which my CIBIL SCORE is not ok.
I have a question to capital first if I have to give money to capital first should inform to us or you don't bother about customers.
This is like capital first can do anything with any coustomer CIBIL without informing to customer.
My question is if payment is taken in physical form, you guys should Inform that time when payment taken physically from my home about your bounce charges why it was not clearly disclosed at that time of loan application at store or during collecting bounced money it show clear cheating treat to customer because custome always check CIBIL when they required loan and here the advantage.
Well I have paid the the begging amount or cheated amount to capital first [ Transition no EICI[protected] ] which is of 1600 rs but I will definitely apply for court case putting up against hiding information from customer and against froud to custome.
I have all my recipients and statements related to this loan.

I am mailing and talking to capital first customer care again and again and also every month going capital first office they are not updating my status in my cibil before payment they already confirm with me that we clear all status from your cibil you pay full amount of due then I paid all dues after 35 days i again visited to capital first offiice they have not updated my cibil and on that time I have receiving calls from capital first collection department when i ask question that why I am receiving all this call the he said still we not upload your case in system. Now after 1 year same situation is their my account is still in post written off stage they still not clear my cibil when I ask her about this on his office they told me that we are unable to do that, so why capital first give fraud statement to us and why hi is blaming to cibil department and why we received NOC from capital first.. This is last time i am sending mail and warining you to update my status in cibil if i paid all dues.. Along with this mail I am attaching NOC of capital first in which clearly mention that no outstanding dues pening from me and no objection certificated..

I took loan from dsa through capital first they over charged dsa told me processing fees 1.5% and they charged 2% whe i asked so he say i will refund after request to manager mr sumit gandhi capital first and mr harsh dsa they not response and they told us we cant to anythingand they do ploicy without our conesnt which cost 8000 and refuse to refund, and when i say help to close as they mention 6 months is lockin and after that theyhelp us to close with 2% closure theyrefuse and they told me you have sighn the documents i m shocked, when i ceked the paper sent by capita first what i saw my all signature is duplicate and fake, and coaaplicany signature is also fake, when i rase a complaint than manager offer me 6000 rs to close the topic, is this banking sytem and whole finance system they told me dsa is very big company you cant do anything and give me indirectly challenge to do what you want.
First capital first people use fake signature on final agreement than they also threaten that you cant do anything waooooooooooooooooo what a financial system is this run by your organization.

Already done complaint on customer care but your executive told me to negotiate with manager ispite of raising complaint.

If you can solve this its good other wise i have to raise voice for higher authorities to pmo and rbi

I hd availed the loan from capital first in 2016. I hv paid two Installments in advance on 30th march 2016 & my first due date was 5th april 2016. Bt for tht installments I got charged fine for tht. So next month I paid the remaining 11100 in the shop & asked them to close my loan bt the guy whom I paid the amt took the money & left the job. Then the shop owner requested me to wait somedays & said I will pay tht amount to the company. After tht I didn't rcv any call from capital first so I thought my loan is closed. Bt after 1 year some1 called me & asked money for this loan. So I enquired shop owner said we didn't pay the loan. So I asked the guy from capital first to send the executive to collect the amount. The caller said u hv to pay settlement amount of 11100 & ur loan will get closed So I Paid tht & took the settlement letter. Bt now I am rcvng calls from the capital first for the emi payment.. I hv attached the settlement letter in the mail. Kindly go through tht & close the loan asap..

I hope u will do the needful & get back to me asap.

      Dear sir/madam, I have taken car loan from M/s Future Capital (now it is M/s Capital First Ltd.) with loan a/c no. AL417526 in 2011. I have done foreclosure by paying full balance of Rs. 2.51 lakhs on 15.06.2015 through RTGS to their Desutsch bank account. I have already received confirmation from my ICICI bank on 16.05.2015 that the payment was credited to their account. Despite several requests through mail & calls to their customer care, the payment updation is not still done. They initially told me that it takes 7-8 working days, but still they are telling me that it will further takes another week due to some technical problem. And further, another EMI of Rs. 15, 332/- debited from my bank account, despite making request for stopping of further EMIs. I really fed up with their unprofessionalism and repeated answers from their customer care centre as well as through the mail replies. I request you to please updating my payment and closing of my loan account.

        I have sent the below email to Capital First & DCB (Development Credit Bank) on May 06, 2015 and Iam continuously requesting them through Customer Care number & email ID since 2 Months but couldn't get any positive response from both DCB & Capital First. Since 2 months, "Capital First says talk to DCB and DCB says talk to Capital First". They never bothered about my complaint for the last 2 months though i mentioned very clearly saying that "I will approach concerned authorities if i don't get response". DCB Complaint No: 1012982 Capital First Complaint number is not provided to me as they are only taking my request through customer care number & email address and says they will get back in 3 days but in vain for the last 2 months. Account Name: Nishchal Gowda S P Gold Loan Account No: GL[protected] Loan Amount: INR 8, 52, 000/- Loan Taken Date: 21/12/2011 Loan Tenure: 3 Years Interest paid Month on Month: Till 25/06/2012 Interest paid for July – October 2012: INR 62, 900/- through Cheque No: 728317 on 05/10/2012 I was in constant touch with Vyalikaval Branch. I have paid INR 1, 00, 000/- on 25/01/2014 and INR 1, 00, 000/- on 22/05/2014 through cash covering the interest. I have paid interest for 3 years & I was in regular touch with most of the people of Capital First, Vyalikaval & Rajajinagar branch including Branch Managers but still I didn’t get any communication regarding my Account Transfer. In March 2015, Mr. Ramakrishna from Rajajinagar Branch, Bangalore called me and informed me that my Account has been transferred to his Branch and he is the point of contact. As per his confirmation my dues were 11 Months Interest and Penalty. He has accepted my request for the time till 25th of April to clear all the dues to release my Gold. He also confirmed me that it is not in the Auction List and some portion of the Penalty will be waived off if pay by 25th of April. I was regularly in touch with Mr. Ramakrishna during this period to update the status and my last call to him was on 17th, April 2015 to inform him that I will be visiting Rajajinagar Branch by 22nd, April to clear all the dues to release my Gold. After arranging all the required Money I visited Rajajinagar Branch but the Branch was closed and Capital First office Landline Number[protected] was not working. I tried to reach other branches of Capital First but in vain as Capital First have closed all the Branches without any notice to their customers. Finally, I made a call to Capital First, SR Nagar Branch, Bangalore and I was informed by one Gentleman from Property Loan division that “Entire Gold Loan Portfolio of Capital First” has been shifted to “Development Credit Bank (DCB)”. He advised me to contact the Capital First Customer Care on [protected]. When I dialed they told me my account has been shifted to DCB and I will have to call DCB Customer Care Number [protected]. I spoke to Ms. Sonal from DCB Customer Care and she has confirmed my GL Account and she also told me to contact nearest DCB Branch in Bangalore to pay the Dues. I contacted DCB, Jayanagar Branch to clear the dues but they were unable to track my Gold Loan Account. I immediately made a call to DCB Customer Care and Ms. Madhvi has confirmed me that my account is with DCB, Rajajinagar Branch. When I contacted DCB, Rajajinagar Branch they told me the same thing “They were unable to track my account in their software”. They also checked in Jakkasandra & MG Road Branch but result is same. Again I contacted Ms. Vani from DCB Customer Care and she also confirmed my Account is with DCB and I will have to contact DCB Branch only. 1. Capital First Says My Account is with DCB & DCB Customer Care is Confirming but DCB Branches are refusing it. 2. Capital First Branches have been closed and Customer care says contact DCB Customer care. 3. Ms. Sonal, Ms. Madhvi, Ms. Vani & Mr. Parvez from DCB Customer care confirmed my Account and also they told me that my account is not in the Auction List & to visit DCB, Rajajinagar Branch. 4. But, all the 4 DCB Branches (Jayanagar, Jakkasandra, Rajajinagar & MG Road) says they don’t have my details. 5. My Loan Tenure is 3 Years and till October 2015. 6. I was not informed through any form of communication by Capital First or by DCB about my account transferring. 7. I have arranged the Money to clear all the Dues (Loan Amount, Interest & Penalty Charges) to Capital First or DCB so that I can release my Gold. 8. Iam doing this exercise since 15 days and I have spoken to 20+ Executives from both DCB & Capital First but still unable to trace the position of my Account. 9. All my conversations with Capital First & DCB can be tracked by your side as you record every call for Quality & Training Purpose. 10. I really want my Gold back at any efforts as my Family has lot of Sentiments and nothing can replace it. I would kindly request you to please do the needful to get my Gold back ASAP. If not I will have to take the help of Concerned Authorities as I was not informed in any form of Communication from Capital First & DCB.           Hi, I have applied for Capital First EMI card while taking consumer durable loan also paying the charges of Rs.250 for the same, as they have said that after clearing 3 EMI will get EMI card delivered on residential address. But now even after paying total 5th EMI on regular basis without fail still I had not received my EMI card. Loan A/C No-2784047 This is totally negligent service from Capital First due to which I have decided to never purchase any consumer durable by CapitalFirst Finance. Kindly do the needful & revert.           STILL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED EMI CARD EVEN AFTER COMPLETED MY LOAN ALSO NEED NOC.Status shown by courier company - Returned To Consignor.

          I reside at market location & easy to find out address also receiving many letters by different companies on regular basis.

          I would request to return back my money which is charged by capital first as you've failed to provide services not even bother to confirm with customer that they have received EMI card or not even after raising complaint.

          This is totally negligent service from Capital First due to which I have decided to never purchase any consumer durable by CapitalFirst Finance.

              Hi, I was a customer of Capital First finance Company(http://www.capfirst.com/) Loan Account number 2427359. I Requested for Forclosure Statement in March and received the same from them, as per outstanding I paid all the reaming Money. In April EMI of Loan not debited because status should be closed of that Account as per the date of fore closue I paid all Amount with their Subjected charges. But suddenly in May 2015 I my bank Account Debited with Loan EMI !!! I am trying to Conatct but not Getting proper Soilution. i want my Extra Paid EMI refund On most Priority.

GUY from Capital first Name NEGI [protected] processed this file for Zero % interest for amount of 21000. Total EMI deducted from my account is 2875X8= 23000/- on the other hand 21000 is the actual amount 2000 Rs Extra charging in total amount. Same thing i discussed with Mr. NEGI . he said that this was mistake from his end he will refund extra amount. he is doing same promise from couple of month. but till date he has not refunded single rs Few days back i received call from customer care from CAPITAL first .                   I had taken a loan from your bank for the period starting from 20-NOV-2012 till 05-JUL-2013 and cheques were provided so the EMIs should be deducted every month from my bank account automatically.

                  In February 2013, I received a call saying that the back end server of the bank through which my installments were being deducted from my account had broken down and they will send some executive from the CapitalFirst to collect the installment and provide me the receipts and then this process kept going on till last EMI.

                  Later in 2014, I received a call from CapitalFirst that i have missed the February 2013 EMI and the executive will come to collect it. I submitted all the required hard copies along with my bank statement as I did not miss any EMI. I had
                  sufficient balance in my account all along.

                  Now, since March 2015, I am getting calls and being informed that my EMI of Rs.950 that was missed for one particular month due to YOUR fault has snowballed into a collective amount of Rs.17500 for… months (I got an sms saying that, see the attachment) including the penalty for late installments. This is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable code of conduct at your end. I am extremely agitated.

                  Even if you calculate the amount for the given period it should come to Rs. 9500 at the rate of Rs.300 penalty per month and not Rs.17500! But I am NOT accountable to pay even this much amount all together at once because this inconvenience to me is caused because YOUR system broke down.

                  Kindly look it into this matter at the earliest as this is causing my SIBIL score to be very low and taking loans from any other bank will be a huge problem for me.

                        Hi Sir, I Have taken a consumer durable loan from Capital First and my loan number is : 1836668. At the time of loan paid 4 emi's and reaming 8 months emi's are installments. I paid all my EMI's ontime and there was no single delay payment from my side and my account got closed in September 2014. They provided NOC as well. Now the problem is they updated the status in CIBIL as "WRITTEN-OFF" and i was shocked. I called them and asking them to update properly but they are saying wait for 45 days and those 45 days gone nothing happened. Again i called them and asked the same. They said they sent a request to CIBIL and asking me wait another 45 days. I got fed with this capital first and planning to proceed legally. I sincerely requesting to the RBI that please take a proper action against Capital first because like me they are several customers are facing the different kind of problems even though they paid promptly.                           I had a plan to purchase a Scooter at Honda show room at Nanganallur, two months ago, and I had paid Rs1000/- One thousand only as an advance.I had signed certain documents with CAPITAL FIRST LIMITED and the people in the show room said that they will verify my address etc, and after paying Rs11000/- again the loan amount will be distributed to me after taking the vehicle.Now there is no welcome letter from them nor any intimation and I have not paid the initial amount to them.But yesterday I received a message from them that My loan amount of Rs 1905/-DEBITED.We went to the show room and shouted and we have given a letter to stop the EMI.As you are aware that I cannot return the amount by way of withdrawing the amount present in my account as this will reflect in my CIBIL record.                             Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I have been a victim of Identity theft and have been harrassed and humiliated by three banks ICICI, Bajaj Finance and Capital First. This case was first reported in 2011 when ICICI issued a fake Credit Card in my name which was used by fraudster in my name (Ref to Complaint Number [protected]) and post investigation ICICI was found to be guilty in this case and my innocence was proved. I agreed to settle this case on the condition that my CIBIL rating will be restored and my name will be removed from defaulter's list. However, ICICI did not restore my rating and also did not raise red alert in the market so that fraudster could have been prevented from further frauds. And this led to fraudster committing two more frauds at Bajaj Finance Services and Capital. He took 4 Consumer loans from Capital First 413549/413545/413542/413554 and also 2 Consumer loans from Capital First 5810CD00013008, 5810CD00013009 While committing these financial crimes he used same address 415 C Naya Khand 3rd Indrapuram 1449 UP 201010 and phone number [protected] and email address [protected]@PATNI.COM which never belonged to me. I spoke with these banks and they say they are trying to solve this problem ASAP. I have following questions from you all 1. I have recieved so many obscene calls by recovery agents of these banks where they used abusive language and also life-threatening calls 2. They downgraded my rating in CIBIL as a result my loan application was rejected by all banks and this led to delay in my important work such as renovation of my house and other important works 3. They brought down my public image in front of my office colleagues and manager and neibours etc. 4. I am tax payer citizen of this country and paying 40000 INR every year to GOI and expect fair treatment, however, I have been denied all benefits by banks due to this fraud. I spoke to these banks regarding compensation for this loss of image, cost incurred due to Internet uses, purchasing of CIBIL Report, humiliation and harassment due to rejection of loan application. However, they refused to pay compensation. Please look into this grievance and initiate disciplinary action against these banks so that they pay compensation for their crime . I equally hold CIBIL responsible for this humiliation where based on fake information supplied by Banks they are downgrading my CIBIL Score despite the fact that my innocence has been proved everywhere and these banks have accepted their guilt. This time no bank is ready to sanction me any loan due to this entire episode. I am very frustrated and tired as I have been fighting this battle for last 3 years and justice has not yet been done. I have given request and 500 rs as well as ecs mandate (3 Forms) to your pune office and citibank in month of july. But what a service you have its not activated or even I have not received any response from 5 months. I have already done many complaints in branch and customer care. plz check attached details bank account details, written complaints, swap copy and confirm. I want my all money penalty or I need to take legal action against you. I want remaining ecs bounce charges back so I can trust on capital first in future I have done many complaints in pune office and you toll free number. But not succeed. Can you check and give me details for same or give me 500 rs( Receipt attached) back as I aleready paying so much penalty for ecs bounce. If I want to activate ecs you service is pathetic I think I made mistake big while choosing capital first. No good response on toll free number and pune office. After many complaints and follow up to mumbai office, email, customer care you have given waiver 9000. But my ecs bounce charges are 14500 what about this? I want remaining ecs bounce charges back so I can trust on capital first in future. I dont think so you will consider this mail and give solution as I am already tired of contacting you.                                     Hi, I am mohamed azharudeen from Bangalore. first i have taken the electronic items in the capital first loan, The 8 EMI has paid by me punchully. After that i got a call from capital first customer care center that " you are very good customer because you paid the EMI's puntully so we are going to offer the personal loan worth of Rs.107000/- if you say YES, with in 2 working days the amount will be credited in your account.would you like to go for that" I agreed because of some personal emergencies so that i rejected the some other source of the money, but 12 days has gone still process is not happened. Regarding that i called MRS PUSHPA RM .she said that 'your verification is coming as door locked so i will send the person again for verification" but i need to tell onething here, no one came for verificatoin, that person just given a call and asked the address.. still no persons came for the verification if i call to pushpa she is not picking the call and call centre number is coming busy always now i don't no my process is on the line or not. I suffered by capital first by these ways 1) I believed the capital first so i rejected other source of money. 2) Call center people said that only 2 days process but 12 days has gone, amount is not received. 3) There was no response by RM Pushpa. 4)She should think that' they are providing loan not free amount, if one EMI is not paid also they will take the proper action. 5) First off all i didnt ask any loan to them, they only came to give with in 2 days.If they promise they should follow other wise better keepquit. My no- [protected]. -If you resolve the complaint do it otherwise do not disturb others like me. -If you have the eligiblity to execute the plan do it otherwise better do not make any plan.

But they have not deducted this fund on 5 OCT-2014. On this date there was suficient fund. They have deducted this later. After that they have send there agent to take Rs 2334. I have paid this amt to their agent. But again they have deducted this amount from my account after two days by ecs. Now they are not returning my extra installment back to me.                                         My Name is Keerthi Kala Muniganty, Applied for Personal loan from hyderabad, got verification call on 17th May and approved amount was 3lacs and 2, 92000 lacs would be deposited in my account is what told by that representative who called me. Again got another verification call on Monday 19th may, on 21st document were collected from my home and on 23rd house verification person visited. everthing went smooth, but when I called Capital first Concerned agent who took my documents and Also Rudresh ([protected]), he updated the status saying that, name with which they logged in my application form was KEERTHIKA..where as my name was KEERTHI KALA, because of which loan is not processed . But I would like to ask ..Writing name incorrectly was not my mistake, When I provided all the required documents correctly, why is that my application was not processed. Though the person wrote name incorrectly.Loan would be approved on my PAN CARD.So On my pan card Name is :KEERTHI KALA MUNIGANTY only. So I kindly request the team to process my loan, considering my request. Loan Application number :18567200 I tried contacting Toll Free Helpline[protected] or email us at customer.[protected]@capitalfirst.com they only suggenst me to go and talk with the concern branch people in hyderabad. But when I contact them they only say that, they wrote my name incorrectly in the form, because of which they could not take out the DD on my name. "Its a mistake of the person who entered my name incorrectly in the form, Because of which I am suffering -my loan got rejected" But my question is your team will approve loan's depending on my credit rating according to pan card. When my name on the pan card and the Id proofs given by me matches well, What is the reason of rejecting my application "ONLY BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKE DONE BY THE PERSON WHO IS ENTERING OR WRITING THE DATA IN THE APPLICATION FORM" And branch people ask me to simply re-apply again.I tried doing that as well, But I don't see proper response. I request you to consider this on the highest priority and solve this, and kindly process my loan accordingly and do the needful. NOW AM SCARED THAT, MAY BE THEY HAVE MISSUED MY DATA AND TOOL LOAN ON MY PAN CARD AND GAVE IT TO SOME ONE. PLEASE SOLVE IT ASAP Thanks, Keerthi

                                        Myself Shreedhar Padwal, I have have two-wheeler loan with First Capital. But I feel bad to say that there is too fraud persons. Because from Jan’2016 I had make payment by cash till day but this month someone from your employees cheated with me, whose name is Manoj, he was came to collect EMI but not did further process. He was following with me from last two days of payment, next day I got call from your First Capital for Payment, I told them I have paid EMI they told me we didn’t received, we had argue with each other, they told me we don’t know, we have not received EMI you have to must pay, I ask them then who was that person, they told me we don’t know & we are not responsible to whom you had paid money. Then how got my details to him, how to know my proper address. If someone fraud person using your company name your goodwill in the market to cheating with your customer, then your not responsible to take proper action ageist him. I have capture CCTV footage of that fraud person, have also told to your staff to come & see who was that person, the they told me that’s not our responsibility, just we want money.

                                        They are always talking aggressive whenever I got call from them. I was suppose to First Capital is best to get a loan, but its my first & last time with First Capital. Their employees cheating with customer.
