Hi, You guys always said Assuring you of our best services always.You company have no customer services .You guys just know how make fool to the customer & take advantage of his money.You send me the mail today & describe the due date, saficition balance maintain in ECS account, what is the bounce charge every thing .Can you give me a simple ans why my cheqe is bounce ?only for you guys .i send the mail on[protected] for complain purpose you don't reply again send mail on[protected] no reply again on[protected] & clearly mention that if my complain in not resolved I can stop the all 3 emi .then you reply me (you req will be process complicated in 3 working ).After that[protected] again mail send no reply again 8-2-2017 mail send no reply .after that collection call me i told every thing they are said we are helpless .after that i received a call from collection team he said can you share the all mail with me i can forwarded to to the concern team .i send the all mail to him finally i received a mail you complain will be redissolved with in 7 working days .I Waite for next 7 working days .some buddy call me form kolkata office they said plz go to branch office for shootout the problem .i said ok but right now its not possible for me my father in hospital if possible i am going to branch & if my problem got solved then make the payment on branch .on[protected] i going to branch & tlk to them they said you don't have the money to pay the emi then why are you take the lone he don't understand my problem . He talk roughly and said talk to Collection team, I talk to the guy who name is TARUN (tarunkumar.[protected]@capitalfirst.com) i told him every thin he said sir plez send me the mail i can solved the problem .Still no resulation given, i want a proper & final resolution .I want to pay but bounce charge is not paying becoz bounce charges happen only for company casualness .
