[Resolved] Capital First — Capital first card blocked | |||||
Hi Team, My loan # is 2594122. I do not have any late payments on my loan. I have also cleared one of the loans already. Today I am surprised to see that my card (card# 1476113), has been temporarily blocked for no reason.when I contacted capital one customer care, the customer care Agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than " blocked for internal purposes for 90 days " . I need an answer, I need my card activated, I am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card ASAP. As you have noticed I have no late payments on my loans.
