[Resolved] Capital First — capital first cheating on loan | |||
We taken a product on jun with capital first loan, at the time of taking agent said you will get all payment information on mobile but we didnt recieved so we paid On 1st on jul first emi the agent cald me and said bounce charges as u paid late. So we requested to wave off as we have not got any message or email they said ok, next time we paid on 29 aug through paytm as we are not aware of payment date they said u have to pay bounce charges as u paid by paytm before due date. Again they said they wave off now they are saying u need to pay all bounce charges as we are not responsible. We need your help. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am waiting for the reply of my complaint regarding my bounce charges which is unfair .its almost a weeks extended no reply till date .your executive said that he will make confirm with agent, am sure he said truth regarding due date, payments that he didn't intimate us.
