[Resolved] Capital First — Capitalfl_mndtvrfchgs_aug-16 charges deducted from account. loan taken from capital first | |||||
I took a loan from capital first of 60000rs for an Iphone on Aug 2016. It was suppose to deduct 5000rs every month for 12months, starting from SEP 2016. On 5th Sep 2016 5000rs got deducted as communicated. On 23rd Sep 2016 again some charges was debited from my account. CAPITALFL_MNDTVRFCHGS_AUG-16 115.00 I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan on the purchase of the mobile phone.
