[Resolved] Capital First — change date of emi | |||||
I would like to change my emi due date as i get my salary by every month of 7 and you set due date as 2 of every month nd it's diffuclt for me to arrange money by 2 of every month.. This leads to paying bounce charge.. It's not my mistake dat u selected 2 of evry mnth as due date.. Plz it's my humble request to look into this and help me to resolve the issue.. Today a agent called me from company regarding the payment i told the same to that man he just said it's ur respnsibilty to arrange thr money and just cut the phone.. Very bad coustmer servc.. I have taken a durable loan from capital first and at the time of loan they said that you will get the card after 4 successful installments and I have already paid 7 installments till date but still i haven't got my card. please check.
