[Resolved] Capital First — Complaint about false dues. | |||||
Hi, I have taken a loan for a led tv from capital first. About the time of nov 2016 ECS failed to deduct my emi. A person from capital first called me and told me that my emi has not been debited. I checked and he was right, so he approached me for collecting the same. As due to demonitisation i was only able to submit 4500 (due to atm limit), i told him to come after one week as i was about to go out of town. After about 20 days some other person called me and told me that he was sent capital first for collecting the remaining amount i.e 1056 approx and he also conferenced with area manager in indore office. I gave him the amount. The area manager also assured me that there will be no penalties. The problem is that I didnot get a receipt from both of them. Please help.
