I have deposited the money of my emi but for the minimum balance of my bank account the minimum balance charge has been debited and the emi bounce again i have deposited the money with bounce charge capital first the emi was on 5th which has bounced and i have deposited on 6th capital first did not cut the emi and bouncharge he cut the emi on 15 or i think on 16th of that month and then capital showing the bounce charge 800 which was 400 so please i request u kindly pls take 400 bonce charge from me which is very helpful for me and u can debit 400 bounce charge anytime from my bank account which is linked to my emi loan account Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have a loan from capital first for iphone.
I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan on the purchase of the mobile phone.
Once resolved this should not happen again in future.
