This is with reference to my account # c [protected]. It was a very saddened situation yesterday when i reached a showroom to buy a side by side fridge and i was informed by your local team that my card has been blocked. After waiting for 20 min on phone, i had a discussion with a female caller and she gave an incorrect information, that my card being blocked does not matter, i should go to the showroom and call them, and your team will be able to help me to do this transaction. Having all this discussion, i reached the showroom and i was given the same answer by your local team, that my card is blocked and i cannot do any transaction till 90 days. I again waited for 20 mins while dialing and trying to reach your representative, having discussion with him, he denied stating that i cannot do any transaction for next 90 dyas. If you see my records, i have done many transactions with your organization since years, and have not missed any of the payments. You can use my mobile number to pull my records. I being a loyal customer, it was a very harassing moment for me. I would really appreciate, if my card is removed from the blocked status, so that i can do this transaction.
