[Resolved] Capital First — Don't have customer services | |||||
Dear consumer foram, As i mail/complaining to this side & capital first for a proper & permanent solution. They give me a solution (We try to call you but can not establish) & you guys are only said we froward the complain to company, but still they /you guys are not give me a single solution. If you there is no solution so kindly tell me that we are unable to give a solution. Pleas suggest what will i do? Last conversation with kartick on march 2017 he said on april we arrange a boy for collecting doc for farther permanent solution & waiver given for this month. But no one is coming & waiver not posted, again mail send but no response. Now i send a last mail on[protected]Then why kartick is committed me. Manage for the document pick up form my home on 10/05/2017 also take the 3 emi, if you did not give me service then i will not paying any emi,) still no response. Kindly help, i am fed up of this company. The capital first company don't have any customer services don't have any commitment. World most bad services given, my worth decication is taking any lone form capital first.
