Capital First — easy buy card showing block on instacred login page

My name is sourav i have a easy buy card my loan number is 23379656 registered number is [protected]. My card is active right now but when i am going to login in instacred page with my mobile number here its showing account is blocked which account is blocked & why. Can you please help me to login in instacred & so that i can purchase from here by my emi card please its very urgent please... Please see the attached screenshot...
