[Resolved] Capital First — easy emi card blocked without any intimation | |||
Hello, My easy card #c5019618 had been blocked without any intimation. I don't have/had any cheque bounces. All payment are made on time, then why you people block the card. I called customer service, that person was very rude and don't know anything but one word "internal policy", what is the policy, do you people explained about this at time of purchase, no right information provided to customers. This types of issues will not keep up good & loyal customers like me. Kindly unblock my card or tell me how to return back the card, i don't want to use this card if these types of issues will raise to customer later the purchase.
