[Resolved] Capital First — EMI amount paid online then too amount deducted from bank account. | |||||
I am having a loan with your company on my wife's name (Anju Bunty Lodaya) with account number 10100800. I made Online payment of Rs. 2375 on 09/05/2017. I received an alert regarding the same that payment has been received and it will show in my account in next 3-4 working days. But today at Rs. 2375 got deducted from my account via Fed e-Pay at 01:50pm which I kept aside for my another EMI. Also I got a call on 10/05/2017 from Capital team and I informed them that payment was done yesterday and it will reflect soon but still they deducted my money. This is an unethical way of approach towards customer. All I want is refund of my money back into my account. I am awaiting for your reply.
