[Resolved] Capital First — emi bounce and charged without any reason | |||
Every month on 5th my loan gets deducted but this month when i checked at 12pm. It was not deducted so i logged in to your portal and paid the emi amount. I rechecked and everything was clear as i had to pay more 4 emi and next deduction will be on may 5th. But on 6th i got a massage from your end stating that your emi got bounced. I logged in to your portal and checked again but it showed me that it’s paid. I tried calling the customer service and nodal team for clarification but no one responded. I call almost 20 times but no response. Today i got a mail from my bank as my emi got bounced today again. I again tried calling my no one responded. I logged in to your portal and what i see is i have been charged 400rs. Was this information helpful? | |||
